Hi there, I'm so excited that you are here! Here's a bit story about me.
I stumbled upon HR after college when I started my first full-time job as a Campus Recruiter. I didn't know what HR was until I moved to the U.S. and got a role as HR Assistant. From there, I learned that HR is more than just administrative work, it's a blend of people and business strategy.


I fell in love more with HR after I joined a small startup. I got to see the breadth and depth of HR while the startup grew to become a public company. Such a crazy ride! I learned to build various processes and implemented technology. I definitely LOVED it and I knew that this is what I meant to do for life!


After spending most of my work in the corporate America, I felt led to transfer my skills and help other startups. I'm passionate about diving into the mess and helping founders to organize chaos (LITERALLY!). I decided to start EP Consulting Services with a dream to equip leaders in building effective processes so they can scale their business!
